Many people I work with describe feeling “on edge,” "powerless,"
overthinking situations, struggling to switch off, or noticing
patterns in their life they don’t fully understand. Others come
because something from the past still feels present in the way
they think, feel, or relate to others.

I offer a calm, supportive counselling space in Rangiora where
we can take time to understand what you are experiencing
and what sits underneath it. My work is grounded in respect,
curiosity, and working at a pace that feels safe for you.

How I work

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, and life challenges. My approach combines traditional counselling with parts work and Interactive Drawing Therapy, which can help people explore thoughts and emotions in ways that go beyond words alone.

Together, we work to understand the different “parts” of your experience, such as the part that worries, the part that tries to stay in control, or the part that feels overwhelmed. Over time, this can help reduce inner conflict and create more clarity and choice in how you respond to life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We begin where you are, and move at a pace that feels manageable.
